ThermoMPNN
Predicts stability change (ddG) for single point mutations.
Kuhlman lab, UNC Chapel Hill
What it does
Stability effect of point mutations. Input: a protein structure (PDB); output: predicted ddG for single-point mutations (one site or the full saturation scan), used to pick stabilising mutations for a designed scaffold.

Is commercial use free of charge?
Free for commercial useNothing to pay: the licence read at the source grants commercial use with no fee, and the code and weights are public downloads. You still pay for your own compute.
Price and rights are separate: this panel is about money, the panel above is about permission.
When to use it
Use to rank stabilising point mutations across a scan quickly. Trained on single mutations in globular proteins; it does not handle multi-mutant epistasis or antibody-specific effects well.
