Germinal
End-to-end pipeline for de novo nanobody and scFv design.
Santiago Mille-Fragoso et al. (open-source release)
What it does
End-to-end de novo nanobody and scFv design. Input: target PDB + epitope residues; output: ranked designed antibody sequences with predicted complexes, by combining backbone hallucination, sequence design and in-silico filtering in one pipeline.
Commercial use
Commercial use OKLicence as writtenApache License 2.0
Apache-2.0 LICENSE file in the repo; permissive, commercial use allowed. Any bundled third-party weights/dependencies should be checked separately.
The licence read at the source allows use by a company. Attribution or copyleft conditions may still apply — read the note.
Is commercial use free of charge?
Free for commercial useApache-2.0 code, no fee. Check the dependency stack it installs before commercial deployment - the pipeline pulls in several third-party models.
Price and rights are separate: this panel is about money, the panel above is about permission.
When to use it
Consider for antibody/nanobody design when you want an alternative to RFantibody with a reported wet-lab validated pipeline. Young project; dependency stack is heavy and results are not widely reproduced.
