AbLang2
Antibody-specific language model for paired heavy/light sequences.
OPIG, University of Oxford
What it does
Antibody-specific language model. Input: a paired heavy+light (or single-chain) antibody sequence; output: embeddings and residue likelihoods used to score naturalness, restore missing residues and rank humanisation or affinity-maturation edits.
Commercial use
Commercial use OKLicence as writtenBSD 3-Clause License
BSD 3-Clause LICENSE file in the repo; permissive, attribution and no-endorsement conditions only.
The licence read at the source allows use by a company. Attribution or copyleft conditions may still apply — read the note.
Is commercial use free of charge?
Free for commercial useNothing to pay: the licence read at the source grants commercial use with no fee, and the code and weights are public downloads. You still pay for your own compute.
Price and rights are separate: this panel is about money, the panel above is about permission.
When to use it
Use for antibody-aware likelihoods, germline-ness scoring and restoring missing residues in repertoire data. Trained on natural repertoires, so it penalises unusual-but-valid designed CDRs.
